Literally, A Square Polish
I know, this isn't Week 2's French tip! I will be posting that in the next few days, I promise. Today I have an old Urban Outfitters polish I got maybe 3 years ago, when they had the square capped bottles with different patterns on the side. I have no idea if these older ones are 3 free so if anybody knows, do tell! I bought this because I was so excited about a matte grey polish (before I was nail polish obsessed and knew about mattifiers).
Urban Outfitters - Matte Grey 4, One Coat
Base: Sally Hansen Quick Care Growth Treatment
I used one generous coat because I was in a bit of a rush, but it was easy to tell when it was dry. The finish was what I'd imagine the Orly Plastix collection to look like - shiny but not glossy, kind of like vinyl. PS - I must have gotten some fuzz in the bottle, sorry!
I highly doubt older bottles like this are available anymore, but the new Urban Outfitters polishes are just as hip looking and 3 free!
Here's a bonus photo of Matte Grey 4 on my white/grey/silver/black wheel!
Now for the Liebster Award!
Thanks to Kaki from Glitter Obsession, who was kind enough to give me my first award. I know this blog is only 1 post old (2 posts now), but all the comments and follows have already made me smile!
1. Thank the giver and link back to the blogger who gave it to you.
2. Reveal the five blogs you have chosen and let them know by leaving a comment on their blog.
3. Copy and paste the award onto your blog.
4. Request that people you have sent the award to forward it on to their favorite bloggers.
"Liebster is a German word, meaning dearest or beloved, but it can also mean favorite. The idea behind the Liebster Blog Award is that it is given to bloggers who have less than 200 followers in order to create new connections and bring attention to these wonderful blogs!"
My 5 picks!
1. Chelsea at Nailed: A Nail Polish Blog
2. Anne at Grape Fizz Nails
3. Jen's Polish Wonderland
4. Amanda at Fashion Footing
5. Roxanne at My Random Stash
I know some of these blogs may have this award already or have slightly passed 200, but I figured I could bend the rules a little bit!
