Week 16 - Dotticure

Sorry!
I meant to have this post up Wednesday, but I had problems with pictures and internet and sleeping...but here it is! Here is dotticure, along with his friends rainbow and stripes! "What do you mean, stripes?" You'll see.

These are the two manicures I was drawing inspiration from! (Click to visit the original posts)
POYGBP!
 Essie - Cute as a Button, P
Wet N' Wild - Sunny Side Up, O
Sinful Colors - Unicorn, Y
Sinful Colors - Innocent, G
Sally Hansen - Blue Me Away!, B
Sinful Colors - Verbena, P
Wet N' Wild - French White Creme, base
Base: Essie - Fill the Gap!
Top: NYC - Grand Central Station

For some reason I thought stripes with striping tape would be easier than dots, but this was really time and brain consuming.
Together!
I liked this manicure so much that I even made some matching cabochons.  I had one matching the stripes too, but I dropped it on myself while it was wet...fail.  I can't decide if these are more ring or necklace appropriate...What do you say?

This didn't take as long as I thought and also wore very well, only barely starting to wear after 3/4 days.  Next time I'll buy a better yellow, as Unicorn disappears in the photos. :(

Already wearing next week's challenge and armed with a new modem/router, so get hype! I know I'm not posting as much as I'd like to, but I've been using Twitter and Instagram and considering a Tumblr, so see me there if you miss me!
